We work with different sized business at various stages of funding – some of whom are generating substantial revenue and free cash flow & some who aren’t. We work with companies in varying stages of maturity – from start-ups to well-established entities.

Do you work with non-profits and/or pro bono? We love putting our skills & capabilities to great use in our communities. Our engagement-specific agreements & compensation structures certainly allow for us to work with for- and non-profit clients, paid & pro bono. (We’re honored to be a part of the NCIFCares Coaching Program!)

  • You’ve had a few hiccups. Product or service delivery hasn’t been up to par. Your client, customer, and/or employee experiences have been rocky. You’re not making as much profit as you once were. Or you’re just not making a profit. (We’ve also worked with business who weren’t making much – if any – revenue, either.) You also just might want a different perspective on how you can improve various facets of your business including things like pricing & your sales approach or your supply chain.

You’re growing. Or are ready to grow. You know that your current operations, commercial, or financial construct can’t handle the growth. You simply don’t have the time to dedicate to growing your company because you’re too busy working in your business, day-to-day. You’re ready to take a step aside and focus on the long-term direction of your company.

It’s time to expand. You’re really great at doing the same thing you’ve always done, but you’d now like to diversify. You’re looking to offer new products or services or enter new markets. You may also be looking to add capacity or complementary capabilities, in whole or part thru acquisition.

  • We [love] work[ing] on your business while you’re working in it.
